the service is incredibly nice, especially if you are polite to the staff! food is great and quick. for all you complainers, go somewhere else with bad food/service, you guys deserve each other!

The sushi was unfresh such as the soft crab sushi or the shrimp tampura that was heavily fried with a thick batter. The japanese chicken nuggets were over-fried and hard like a rock. The chefs needs proper training before serving the public.

It is the WORST japanese buffet in the Ottawa area. The sushi tasted "off" and although they claim to be a "buffet" they actually impose a limit on the food you order like a maximum number of scoops of icecream. DEFINITELY would NOT return.

We had a great time! Our meal was fresh and enjoyable! The service was fast and friendly! For all you can eat it had a great selection! We have eaten at many all you can eats and we highly recommended this restaurant!

This one one of the worst Japanese (some Korean) buffets in Ottawa. My wife and I found most of the items way too greasy, excluding the sushi and sashimi items. The tempura batter was too thick. Even at half the price we would not attend again

I go to Sakura Sushi more often than any other AYCE sushi place (or buffets in general). The service is hit or miss, but the food is generally quite good. Not as good as a non-AYCE restaurant like Sushi 88, but pretty good nonetheless.
